IR-PDB is a database for internal repeats of proteins in the Protein Data Bank (PDB). This database provides information on different repeats patterns such as tandem repeats, non-tandem repeats, shorter repeats as well as larger repeats with varying lengths of the proteins in the PDB. The sequence repeats of proteins are identified using RADAR. One can obtain information about repeats in sequence and structure of the proteins by giving the PDBID or protein name.
SEARCH FOR REPEATS BY
PDB ID : For Example: 1F1E
OR
Protein Name : For Example: Fibritin
